Corporate tax returns (T2) for small businesses
Incorporated trades and service businesses that need a year-end T2.

What's included
- ✓ Year-end financial statements
- ✓ T2 prepared and e-filed
- ✓ Annual GST/HST reconciliation, if it applies
- ✓ A look at your salary and dividend mix
How it works
- 1
Books review
If I'm not already doing your books, I go through the year first to make sure they're right.
- 2
Statements and return
I prepare the year-end statements, then build the T2 from them and file it.
- 3
Year-end chat
A short call to go over the results and flag anything for next year, like your salary and dividend mix or when to buy equipment.
Common questions
Do you do the bookkeeping too, or just the year-end return?
Either one. I can do a T2 from books you keep yourself, or handle everything from the bookkeeping to the filing.
When is my corporate tax return due?
The T2 is due six months after your fiscal year-end. The tax itself is usually due two or three months after year-end, depending on your corporation's situation, so the payment comes first. I'll give you both dates for your corporation.
